Your privacy.
Your enquiry
When you request a rental estimate, we send the property and contact details you provide to Blue Sky Village through its existing Proptonomy lead service. The team uses those details to respond to your enquiry. The service also sends an email notification to the team.
Submitting this form does not add you to a marketing list.
An enquiry also includes the name of the form you used, so we can identify the relevant owner guide or location.
Comparing our website versions
We are comparing two homepage versions. The location pages and owner guides do not enter this test. Your browser stores a random identifier and your assigned version for up to 90 days, so repeat visits show the same version.
We record the version, browser identifier, and the time of visits, enquiry starts, and completed enquiries. Where you arrived through a tagged link, we also record which source and ad campaign, ad set and ad sent you, so we can see how far visitors from each ad get. These measurement records do not include your property address, name, email, phone number, or the per-click identifier described below. The version is also attached to a submitted enquiry so we can compare the enquiries each version produces.
Clearing this site's browser storage removes your saved assignment. If browser storage is unavailable, the original site remains available without participating in the test.
Advertising and measurement
When you arrive through a tagged link, a submitted enquiry can include its source (such as Instagram or ChatGPT), medium, and valid ad campaign, ad set and ad identifiers. It can also include Meta's click identifier (fbclid), which Meta adds to the link when you tap an ad. Unlike the others it identifies your single click rather than a group of visitors, and we use it only to match one enquiry back to the ad click that produced it. We carry these validated tags, including the click identifier, through internal website links without storing your browsing history. We use these to understand which ads produce useful owner enquiries. This does not add you to a marketing list.
We use Meta Pixel to measure our ads, and you can turn it off. While measurement is on, Meta receives visits and completed estimate-request events, together with information its pixel collects such as page URLs, IP address, browser/device information and cookie identifiers. Meta may use this information for advertising and measurement under its privacy policy. We do not deliberately include the name, address, email or phone you enter in these pixel events.
Measurement is on unless you turn it off. The notice on your first visit lets you turn it off with one tap, and Advertising privacy in the footer changes the choice at any time. We remember your answer in this browser for up to 180 days, or for the current tab if your browser does not allow longer storage. If your browser cannot store your answer at all, measurement stays off unless you allow it on that page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we treat it as final: measurement stays off, we record it as a no so that an earlier yes cannot come back if the signal is later switched off, and the footer control tells you so instead of offering a setting that would change nothing. Withdrawing permission stops subsequent events; it cannot undo information already sent to Meta. Blocking tracking does not prevent an enquiry.
