  • What should I expect when staying with you?

    We offer full-service short-term rental management, including property listing creation, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest communication, booking management, cleaning and turnover, maintenance coordination, and local compliance support. Our goal is to maximize your income while providing a seamless experience for both owners and guests.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Our cancellation policy is simple and transparent. Guests receive a 100% refund (minus the credit card processing fee) if the booking is canceled within 24 hours of reservation and at least 60 days before check-in. 

    Cancellations made 59-31 days before check-in receive a 50% refund, minus the credit card processing fee. 

    Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in are non-refundable. We always recommend travel insurance for added peace of mind!

  • Do you handle occupancy taxes and local compliance?

    Yes. We keep your property compliant with all state and local laws. In many cases, platforms like Airbnb collect and remit occupancy taxes automatically. 

    For others, we provide detailed reporting and assist you in ensuring filings are correct and on time.

  • What happens if I accidentally damage something in the property?

    We understand accidents happen. Please let us know right away if something is broken or damaged. 

    Depending on the situation, we may deduct from the security deposit or submit a claim through the booking platform. Being upfront helps us resolve things quickly, easily, and smoothly. 

    Failure to let us know, or any items missing, will be charged to the card we have on file, as expressly written in our rental agreement. 

For Property Owners

  • What services does your company provide?

    We offer full-service short-term rental management, including property listing creation, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest communication, booking management, cleaning and turnover, maintenance coordination, and local compliance support. Our goal is to maximize your income while providing a seamless experience for both owners and guests.

  • How much do you charge for management fees?

    Our management fee is a percentage of the booking revenue, with no upfront costs. We are competitive and stay well under the industry standard, because we aim to meet our clients where they are at.

    This fee covers guest communication, booking oversight, marketing, and operational support. 

    Cleaning and maintenance are billed directly to guests or owners depending on the situation, so you only pay for what’s needed.

  • What happens if a guest damages my property?

    We take guest screening and property protection seriously. If damage occurs, we first attempt to resolve it directly with the guest. If necessary, we file claims through the booking platform (such as Airbnb’s AirCover or VRBO’s insurance) and charge the guest’s security deposit or card on file. Our goal is to make sure your property is protected and repairs are handled quickly.
