SAVANNAH, GEORGIA · FOR HOMEOWNERS

Your Savannah home.
A thoughtful approach to hosting.

Explore vacation rental management for your Savannah home with Blue Sky Village. Start with your address, rental plans and a free personal estimate.

A city stay has its own rhythm.

A Savannah rental needs clear arrival instructions, a realistic parking plan and guest expectations that fit the neighborhood. Before suggesting a hosting plan, we want to understand your particular home: a condo, a whole house or an existing rental with bookings already in place.

Blue Sky Village’s portfolio includes a Savannah property. Our approach to new management starts with a conversation about the home and the owner, including the dates you want to keep for yourself.

What to bring to the first conversation

  • The address and current short-term vacation rental certificate status.
  • Your listing link, bedroom count and any booking history.
  • Parking, access instructions and any condominium or association rules.
  • Dates reserved for family and the work you want help with.

Check the rental permission before the revenue.

The City of Savannah requires a short-term vacation rental certificate before operation. Its application process also includes a Business Tax Certificate. Start with the city’s current application guidance rather than assuming that a Savannah mailing address or an existing listing establishes eligibility.

Changing a manager is also a moment to review who is recorded as the rental agent. Ask the city about its rental agent change process and confirm the arrangement for responding to local issues.

Local reference, checked September 13, 2026: City of Savannah STVR application and rental agent guidance. The city confirms requirements for the specific property.

Compare a hosting plan, not just a percentage.

Our advertised management fee is 25% of gross booking value, covering listing, pricing, guest care and management. Cleaning and maintenance are billed at cost without markup. Review the fee basis, other operating costs and responsibilities in the agreement for your home.

For Savannah, we would discuss arrival and parking guidance, turnover access, guest communication and how a local issue would be handled. An estimate should account for the nights you actually want to rent, not assume every date is available.

A few things owners ask

Can you take over an existing Savannah rental?

We welcome enquiries from owners already hosting. Share the listing and your current agreement’s notice period. Existing reservations, access rights and the rental agent arrangement need a clear handover plan.

Does a rental estimate confirm that my home can operate?

No. Rental eligibility and permission are separate from projected income. The city and any applicable association requirements need to be checked for your address.

Do you cover every property around Savannah?

Service fit is confirmed by address. A nearby city or county may have different requirements, and local support must be in place before onboarding.
